Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice.  This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

 

Billing / Payment 

All billing inquiries are to be directed to our office at (770) 232-1444.  Our staff is prepared to answer any questions you may have regarding payments.

Payment is due at the time of service for all non-participating insurance companies.  Co-payment is also due at the time of service.

Patients are responsible for notifying our office of any changes in their home billing address/telephone numbers and with their primary/secondary insurance coverage.  Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, personal checks. 

Referrals 

Most insurance plans require a referral for visits to an emergency room or a specialist. Please call us before going to either of these. As your primary care physicians office, we can usually take care of most of your child's illness in our office; however, if a specialist or ER is needed we will certainly coordinate the referral on your behalf.

Emergencies

If you have a medical emergency that requires immediate attention call 911. Our office provides an on-call service, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.  Call (770) 232-1444 and the doctor on call will be contacted  immediately.
